Camber Charging Launches CAMBER COMPLETE™”— Fleets Pay for EV Charging Service Only When Chargers Perform

Camber, a provider of turnkey fast charging solutions for commercial fleets, today announced Camber Complete, a new service model in which fleet operators pay an ongoing monthly service fee only in months where their DC fast chargers exceed the minimum verified uptime. In any month where uptime falls below that threshold, no service fee is invoiced.

Under the Camber Complete model, customers purchase hardware and installation upfront, covering all DCFC equipment, electrical infrastructure, and professional installation. The ongoing monthly service fee, which covers NOC monitoring, remote diagnostics, firmware updates, and preventative maintenance, is then performance-gated: if charger uptime does not exceed minimum contracted threshold in a given billing period, the fee is zero for that month, automatically.

Unlike credit-based models that require customers to track, claim, and wait for reimbursement, Camber Complete applies the waiver automatically, calculated from verified telemetry data with no action required from the customer.

“Fleet operators make a real capital investment when they electrify,” said Brendan Harney, CEO at Camber. “They buy the hardware. They pay for the installation. The least we can do is make sure our ongoing fee reflects whether we’re actually holding up our end of the bargain. If their chargers aren’t performing, they shouldn’t be paying us a service fee, full stop.”

How It Works

Camber Complete offers 98% uptime performance guaranteed through committed service level agreements. Camber Complete is available to customers after a full site assessment, electrical infrastructure design and installation, and proactive monitoring of the site via our Network Operations Center (NOC). Because Camber manages and monitors the complete charging environment, from the electrical panel to the charger, we can accurately attribute downtime events, resolve them quickly, and stand behind a service guarantee that other providers cannot credibly offer.

Uptime is measured continuously via telemetry data and reported on the Camber Core dashboard with real-time visibility by charger and by site. At the end of each month, the service fee is automatically calculated based on actual uptime providing full transparency to customers.

Camber Complete is available now for new turnkey fleet charging engagements. Fleet operators interested in a site assessment can visit www.cambercharging.com/guarantee or speak with a Camber representative at ACT Expo on May 4, 2026, Booth #2431.
